Beginning January, 2017, all elementary schools in Belleville will be implementing a new district-wide behavior system called Belleville’s BANK: Rewarding Behaviors All Need to Know. The goal of Belleville’s BANK is to create a positive learning environment that is supported by positive reinforcement for displaying targeted and appropriate behaviors. By creating a rewarding atmosphere, all students, staff, and parents will contribute to fostering greater learning opportunities and positive peer interactions. Throughout the district, all planned events and activities will be designed to encourage positive behaviors, and instill a supportive culture within all schools.
